This week at Cityzen…

The pace continued this week with the ‘beta’ launch of our new website.  Although different to its predecessor, we hope the new site will offer increased interaction and more information on our current and past projects with larger, high quality images to better showcase our work.  Drop us a line to let us know what you think. We are aiming to get it all finalised as soon as possible so please bear with us.

In addition to our web launch, work has continued on our various projects. One of our  lighting and building services design projects for a large residence in Kensington rolls on towards completion, whist our carbon footprinting project continues on at a steady pace.

Two new architectural projects were commenced this week with surveys being carried out at two residences in Steyning and Hove respectively.  Plans for an extensive house re-configuration in Essex were submitted to the local council for pre-application discussion and documentation for a building regulations submission relating to one of our smallest projects (a small single storey rear extension and internal alterations) nears completion ready for submission early next week.

The week doesn’t stop today either as we’ll be attending Septfest at Downlands School in Hassocks, tomorrow (Saturday 29th from 10am). We’ll be demonstrating easy ways you can reduce energy consumption in your home with the help of our ‘three little pigs’ houses. We’ll also be showcasing one of our ongoing architectural projects.  So, if the rain continues this Saturday and you fancy leaving the house, pop along and say hello! We look forward to seeing you there!
