Cityzen take your privacy seriously and will only use the personal information you provide to administer your client account, and to provide the products and services you have requested from us, and provide useful information to assist people considering building design works.

By providing information such as your name, email address and telephone number you agree to us contacting you with regards to the information you request or have expressed interest in.

We will follow up a request for information with an invitation to opt-in to our mailing list, your personal information will be used solely by us.

From time to time, we may include links in our e-mails to other web sites which we think may be of interest to you.

Every mail-out communication you receive from us will have the option to remove your e-mail address from our list.

Who we share your data with

The data of someone who has opted-in to the mailing list will not be shared.

A client’s personal information will only be shared with permission and when it is necessary for us to do so in order to administer your project, such as providing name and address to parties interested in a tender, or the local authority for planning or building control. Trusted consultants will also be provided name and address for carrying out their works on your project and administering their invoices.

Mailing list contacts are stored in our CRM database until you unsubscribe from our mailing list.
