COMMERCIAL SERVICES

Our skillset complements that of fellow professionals (we partner well with architects, interior designers and engineers) and our efficient coordination of design and collaboration on projects appeals to developers and builders.
Given the multi-disciplinary nature of our team, we also work with private commercial clients.
Architectural design services
Mechanical and electrical engineering services
Low carbon and energy consultancy
We are used to working alongside multiple stakeholders and helping expedite decision-making to avoid delays onsite. We’re pragmatic and quick to respond. With an eye for detail we can often anticipate problems before they become cost issues, but we also excel at troubleshooting under pressure, to find solutions that will keep projects on track. Put simply, we’re a safe pair of hands.

Architectural Design

We can provide you with creative design solutions that maximise available space and work effectively and efficiently. Our designs don’t just meet current building regulations, they also enable users to get the most out of the building.

We provide the full range of architectural services across design, pre-construction and construction stages:

  • Surveying
  • Sustainable architectural design schemes
  • Planning applications
  • Building regulations approvals
  • Construction detailing
  • Tendering
  • Project support throughout construction

We are experienced in small power, lighting design, AV systems, security, fire alarms, lifts, voltage optimisation, lightning protection, data controls, electric heating, renewable energy design, CHP, heating and cooling design, energy performance certification (EPCs) and utilities upgrades.

Our portfolio includes schools, hospitals, charities, community centres, Railtrack and the MOD.

We provide the full range of M&E consultancy services:

For major developments we also provide Part L input, designing out energy at the planning or building regulations stage, to enable clients to meet local authority carbon reduction requirements.

Low Carbon & Energy Consultancy

We are CIBSE accredited and can help you to reduce energy usage, running costs and carbon emissions. We provide energy calculations and sustainability reports to satisfy local authority requirements at planning and building regulations stages, and our low carbon and energy consultancy assists with project compliance; we can help you meet the ever more stringent targets as the Government moves towards a lower carbon building stock.

Projects we've consulted on include The Southern Coop, Christian Dior, SOHO House, Plaza Premium Lounge Arrivals (Heathrow T2), Admiralty Arch, Eaton House School and various care homes. We have provided specialist Part L compliance input for architect practices, contractors, M&E consultants and private clients.

We provide an extensive list of services:

  • Building energy audits and benchmarking
  • Building energy and carbon modelling via iSBEM
  • Energy / sustainability reports for planning (including London Plan energy reports)
  • Passive design technologies to make the best use of shade and natural ventilation
  • Non-domestic Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs)
  • Advice on energy efficiency and conservation
  • Carbon emissions reduction (CRC information and interpretation)
  • Design using low carbon technologies and renewable energy
  • BREEAM pre assessments
